Drug maker Lupin on Monday said it has inked a distribution pact with Ireland-based Scope Ophthalmics to market a product range, indicated for the treatment of various eye conditions, in Mexico.
The company has signed a distribution agreement with Scope for the registration and marketing of Moist Heat Mask, a Tea Tree Oil Eyelid Cleansing Gel and Tea Tree Oil Eyelid Wipes of the Optase range in Mexico.
The products are used for eye conditions like dry eyes, blepharitis and meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD).
"This expansion of our ophthalmology range reinforces our commitment to enhancing vision care for our patients, improving their quality of life," said Fabrice Egros, President  Corporate Development and Growth Markets, Lupin.

Realty firm Signature Global has given Rs 320 crore contract to ACC India for construction of its luxury housing project in Gurugram.
The company has appointed ACC India Pvt Ltd for civil, structure and part MEP work for all the towers, basements and other ancillary buildings for its group housing project 'Twin Towers DXP' in Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana.
The total contract value is Rs 320 crore, the company said in a statement.
Signature Global has not launched this project for sales.
Lalit Aggarwal, Vice Chairman, Signature Global, said, "This is going to be one of the finest projects that we will be executing and will be a crowning jewel in our portfolio."

The Middle East sees emerging opportunities for Indian jewellery exporters with countries like Saudi Arabia and Kuwait showing rising demand for studded gold jewellery, according to the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC).
The recent data has revealed a positive trend showcasing substantial growth in regions beyond the traditional strongholds for India's gems and jewellery, like the US and China, GJEPC has claimed.

Realty firm Signature Global's net debt has come down by 16 per cent in June quarter to Rs 980 crore on better cash flows amid strong sales in its housing projects.
In its latest investor presentation for the June quarter, the company informed that its net debt stood at Rs 980 crore as on June 30, 2024, as against Rs 1,160 crore at the end of the last financial year.
"The company aims to keep net debt below 0.5 times of the projected operating surplus for the ongoing financial year, as a long term discipline," the presentation said.
Earlier this week, Signature Global reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 6.76 crore for the quarter ended June on higher income.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 7.22 crore in the year-ago period.
Total income rose to Rs 427.98 crore in April-June of 2024-25 fiscal from Rs 178.90 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
